Tracye Pouncil has extensive experience in the field of education and technology. Currently serving as an Information Technology Instructor at Indian Capital Technology Center since July 2007, Tracye teaches within the Cisco Networking Academy at the ICTC Muskogee Campus. Prior to this role, Tracye was a Technology Education and Engineering Instructor for Muskogee Public Schools from July 1997 to July 2007, where the development of the district's first Engineering program was a key achievement. Earlier in the career, Tracye worked as an Audio Visual Specialist at Northeastern State University from February 1994 to July 1997, focusing on graphic design, PC troubleshooting, and help desk services. Tracye holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with double minors in Spanish and Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993.
