Novsheer Hussain has a diverse range of experience in various companies. Novsheer started working as a Team Leader at Bharti Airtel Limited in 2004, where they were responsible for driving sales and revenue for the residential segment. They were later promoted to the role of Executive. After that, Novsheer worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Hindustan Unilever Ltd in 2007, where their responsibilities included sales and distribution, managing stock, and achieving sales targets. They then joined Reliance Communications as Deputy Manager in 2008. Novsheer then worked at UNINOR (Telenor group - Norway) as an Area Sales Manager from 2010 to 2012, responsible for managing territory sales managers and executives. They then joined ACT FIBERNET in 2012 as a Manager, where they developed business strategies and acquired new mass dwelling units for digital and broadband services. Currently, Novsheer is working as a Geography Head at BTI Payments Pvt. Limited, a role in which they survey prospective locations for setting up ATMs, source and finalize ATM locations, and execute sales activities to increase walk-ins and ATM usage.

Novsheer Hussain completed their education in a chronological order. Novsheer started their educational journey at Mountain View School from 1985 to 1995, where they obtained their Metric degree with a field of study in English. Following that, they attended Lal Bahaddur College from 1996 to 1998 and earned a PUC degree specializing in Commerce. Novsheer Hussain then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at IDSG College, focusing on Accounts and Business Study, from 1998 to 2001. Lastly, they attended Karnataka State Open University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained an MBA degree in Marketting.
