Dr. Mukesh K. Biyala has extensive experience in research and development (R&D), with a focus on process design, cost improvements, and investigations. Dr. Mukesh K. has held positions at India Glycols Limited, Atul Ltd, Pfizer, Ranbaxy, and Shri R.P. Bohara P.G. College. Dr. Biyala has worked on various projects, including synthesizing and scaling up API from laboratory to pilot plant/kilo lab, interpreting and elucidating raw materials and intermediates, and conducting structural analysis using instrumental methods. Dr. Mukesh K. has also been involved in teaching chemistry at the undergraduate and postgraduate level, focusing on topics such as reaction mechanism, spectroscopy, and medicinal chemistry. Currently, Dr. Biyala is serving as a Senior Manager (Lead) in R&D at India Glycols Limited, where their responsibilities include identifying new lead products and preparing plans for new product development.

Dr. Mukesh K. Biyala completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Human Biology from the Deptt. of Science, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur(Raj) in 2000. Dr. Mukesh K. then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organic Chemistry from the Deptt. of Chemistry, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur(Raj) from 2000 to 2002. Dr. Mukesh K. later obtained their PhD in Chemistry with a specialization in Synthetic Organic, Bio-organic/inorganic, Organometallic & Coordination Chemistry from the Deptt. of Chemistry, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur(Raj) between 2002 and 2005. In 2022 and 2023, Dr. Biyala enrolled in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) to complete a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
