Sofia Dolfe is a Partner at Index Ventures, where Sofia serves as a Board Director or Observer for various portfolio companies. Prior to this, Sofia worked as an Investor at EQT Ventures and as a Senior Consultant at Parthenon-EY. Sofia also has experience as a Trainee at the EU Delegation to the OECD. Sofia holds a Master of Science degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts degree with First Class Honours from The University of Edinburgh, and an International Exchange Year degree from Sciences Po.
