Alexander Berg started their work experience in 2011 as a Sergeant in the Finnish Defence Forces. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Difitek, initially as a Junior Project Manager, then as a Project Manager, and finally as an Implementation Manager. During their tenure at Difitek, Alexander designed and deployed multiple new product features, contributing to company revenue and overall growth. In 2019, they founded Index One, a tech-driven index solution provider based in London, UK, where they serve as the Founder & CEO. Index One offers customized index solutions and personalized portfolios for investors.

Alexander Berg earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance and Statistics from Hanken School of Economics, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Alexander later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance and Statistics from the same institution, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
