Santhosh George has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. In 1992, they started their career as a Lieutenant in the Indian Navy and served until 1999. Santhosh then joined Tata Infotech as a Systems Consultant from 1999 to 2006. Following that, Santhosh worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2010. Santhosh then moved to OST, Inc. where they served as a Scrum Master / Product Owner from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Santhosh co-founded iSquare Apps, LLC and held the position until 2018. Santhosh then joined Fed Tech as a Fed Tech Fellow and Mentor from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they became a Business Solutions Architect at Index Analytics LLC. Most recently, in 2020, Santhosh embarked on a new role as a HCC Risk Score Solutionist, where they developed and supported a data-driven CMS HCC risk adjustment model software.

Santhosh George pursued a B.Tech degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Afterward, they went on to complete their Masters in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration, from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Santhosh attended this university from 2011 to 2017.
