Nikki LaMonte began their work experience in 2008 as a Customer Support Analyst Level I at MICROS Systems Inc. Nikki then worked their way up to become a Customer Support Analyst Level II, a Level 3 Software Support in Research & Development, and a Quality Assurance Analyst for Starbucks Point of Sale (POS) Software. From 2011 to 2012, Nikki served as a Customer Support Supervisor for Leisure and Entertainment Point of Sale (POS) Software. Nikki then became a Customer Support Operations Manager for the same software from 2012 to 2014.
In 2014, Nikki joined Oracle as a Technology Project Manager and a Client Operations Manager for HGBU Cloud Services (Hosting Services). Nikki held both roles simultaneously until 2016.
After leaving Oracle, Nikki joined ManTech in 2016 as a Sr. Business Analyst/Tester. Following a year, they joined basys, LLC as a Business Analyst II in 2017. In 2018, Nikki moved on to A P Ventures, LLC (APV) where they worked as a Business Analyst/Tester until 2021.
Currently, Nikki works at Index Analytics LLC as a Sr. Business Analyst starting in November 2021.
Nikki LaMonte completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University in 2007. In October 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, Nikki holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
