Danielle Norwood has a diverse work experience. Danielle started working at Gymboree in December 2010 as an Assistant Manager/District Loss Prevention Captain and stayed with the company until December 2015. In 2016, they joined 2U as a Placement Specialist I and later became a Placement Specialist II from March 2017 to July 2018. Danielle then moved to ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) in October 2018, initially as a Sales Lead, and later as an Interim Store Manager from February to March 2020. Danielle'sprimary role at ANN INC was as a Co Manager, starting in March 2019 and continuing until September 2020. During their time as a Co Manager, Danielle achieved significant sales growth, managed a revenue store, led a team of sales associates and team leads, and developed effective business strategies. Danielle also designed an assimilation plan for new employees that was adopted by multiple district stores. Danielle was recognized for their results and strong communication skills and was selected to assist other regional stores with training, strategic planning, and client engagement. Additionally, they fostered relationships with local businesses to enhance the client experience through events and activities. In 2020, Danielle joined Index Analytics LLC as an Analyst.

Danielle Norwood obtained their Bachelor's Degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2014. Danielle'sdegree was in Biology, with a focus on General and History. In addition to their formal education, Danielle has also obtained additional certifications in Business Analytics from Cornell University in August 2020, and in Critical Thinking from LinkedIn in January 2018.
