Kara Greer has extensive experience in facilities management, starting as a Facilities Project Coordinator in 2018 and progressing to roles such as Facilities Supervisor, Director of Facilities, and Vice President, Director of Facilities Management at Independent Financial. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Facilities and Operations at FBC McKinney, where they managed projects, oversaw facility security, fire safety, and HVAC management, and coordinated large-scale events as the Worship & Arts Assistant.

Kara Greer earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Texas Woman's University.
