Jack Kozlowski currently serves as Senior Vice President - Group Manager Middle Market Banking at Independent Financial since April 2024. Previously, Jack held the position of Senior Vice President Commercial Banking at Citywide Banks from May 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Jack worked at Bank of the West as Team Lead - Principal Relationship Manager from December 2018 to May 2021, and at Vectra Bank Colorado as Senior Vice President - Division Manager Business Banking & SBA Departments from September 2013 to December 2018. Jack's earlier experience includes roles at Chase as Vice President Business Banking, KeyBank as VP - Business Banking, and National City Bank as Assistant Vice President - Commercial Banking. Jack obtained an MBA in Banking & Finance and Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BBA in Finance from Ohio University.
