Tod Gitlin has a long and varied work experience. Tod started their career in 1983 at Milfico Foods, where they served as the Operations Director and later became the President/Director of Procurement. During this time, they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including executive decision-making, new product development, sales management, and contract negotiations. In 2000, they joined Rosewood Foods as President. Tod then moved to US Foods in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Category Manager and Senior Manager Category Management. Tod'sresponsibilities included developing category strategies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing national category performance. Currently, since 2021, Tod Gitlin is the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Independent Purchasing Cooperative, responsible for managing all proteins for Subway restaurants in the US and Canada and developing category sourcing strategies.
Tod Gitlin attended Bradley University from 1979 to 1983, earning a B.S degree in Business & Finance.
