Vasileios Giannoutsos is a skilled Data Engineer currently employed at the Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO or ADMIE) since January 2019, focusing on the research, development, and implementation of machine learning techniques for energy load forecasting and maintaining web applications for data management. Previous experience includes roles as a Database Administrator/Developer with the Greek Army, where Vasileios designed Oracle databases, and as a Software Engineer at CERN, contributing to the maintenance of the Layout Database. Vasileios has also worked as a Software Developer - Data Scientist at Vision Solutions, managing MSSQL databases and creating datasets for data mining, in addition to web development work for Red Design Consultants. Vasileios's early career includes a position as a Java Developer at the Ministry of Finance, Greece. Vasileios earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Management and Analysis of Data and Information from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
