Robin Talbot serves as the Regional Representative for the North West Independent Monitoring Boards since August 2022 and is the current Chair of the Lancaster Farms Independent Monitoring Board. Previously, Robin Talbot was a professor and the Chair of the Cumbria Partnership at the Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust from September 2017 to April 2020, and has held board member positions with Progress Housing Group and IMB HMP Lancaster Farms. Robin Talbot was the Executive Dean of Health and Science at the University of Cumbria from March 1991 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Birmingham, along with a Cert Ed from Huddersfield, focusing on Public Policy and Health Service Management.
