Chris James is a board member at the Independent Beauty Association. Prior to this, they were with East Hill Industries, Inc. as their International Express Sales Manager from January 1995 to December 1999. Before that, they were with Airborne Express from January 1992 to December 1994.

Chris James has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas State University.
