Jessica Wise (Haggett) has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jessica founded The Litas, an all women's motorcycle collective, in 2014. As the Founder & CEO, they focus on marketing, strategic partnerships, community structure, and providing overall direction. In 2015, Jessica founded Hell Babes, an apparel and fashion brand catering to motorcycle enthusiasts. Initially an online store, Hell Babes expanded into the wholesale market in 2019. In the same year, Jessica joined Because Learning as an Operations Manager. This ed-tech startup delivers hands-on STEM lessons to classrooms and homes. Prior to that, Jessica worked as the Program Manager for BoomStartup's start-up tech accelerator, where they managed the curriculum, education, and mentorship connections. Jessica started their career as an Event Coordinator at Impact Hub Salt Lake in 2013.

Jessica Wise (Haggett) pursued their education from 2008 to 2013 at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. During this time, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
