Previously, Alisha held positions at National General Insurance from September 2016 to May 2022, including Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes a Compliance Specialist role at Oregon's Health CO-OP, where responsibilities encompassed compliance training programs, policy development, and audits. Alisha also worked as a Legal & Compliance Consultant at Appraisal Services, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing contracts. Early career experiences included internships at Walstead Mertsching P.S., Nordstrom, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, providing a foundational understanding of legal and project management processes. Alisha earned a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a double major in Political Science and Communication from the University of Washington.
