Madeleine Oots is an experienced educator currently serving as an Intervention Teacher at Independence Charter School since January 2022. Previously, Madeleine worked as a Teaching Assistant at The Y.A.L.E. School, contributing to students' intellectual, emotional, and social growth. Madeleine also served as an Avid Tutor at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, offering academic support across various subjects. Additionally, during an internship with Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont, Madeleine gained insights into non-profit organizations and managed community partners' data. Madeleine holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina Asheville and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Pennsylvania Western University.
