Twana E. Harris is an experienced leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with a robust background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Independence Blue Cross, Twana has previously held significant roles such as Senior Consultant for Independent Consulting, Head of Talent and DEI at Freedom Mortgage, and Chief Diversity Officer for a large organization. With experience spanning major financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs, Twana has a proven track record of developing and executing DEI strategies for diverse workforce populations, managing large teams, and fostering inclusive work environments. Twana holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
