Matt Lynch, MS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational optimization and healthcare consulting. As the Optimization Manager at Independence Blue Cross since November 2021, Matt leads operational reporting and performance improvement initiatives. Concurrently, as a Lead Quantitative Tutor at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, Matt tutors students across various business courses and trains new tutors.
