Maria Teresa "Maite" Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Contracts Analyst at Independence Blue Cross since March 2014, Maria Teresa previously worked as a Legal Assistant at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLC from September 2003 to March 2014.
