Judy Mahoney, MSW, LSW, currently serves as a Regulatory Performance Analyst II at Independence Blue Cross since September 2022. Previously, Judy held the position of Executive Advisor to the Executive Deputy Secretary at the Pennsylvania Department of Health from February 2021 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as an Analyst at The Clearing, Inc., and a Policy Specialist Intern at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Judy's early career featured internships focused on community engagement and social work at organizations such as Blue Elephant Farm LLC and New Hope Ministries. Judy earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Social Work from Messiah College, further enriching a background dedicated to social justice and community service.
