John Parker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Process Improvement at Independence Blue Cross since 2008, John has previously held leadership roles, including CTO and Partner at Anexinet from 2000 to 2008. John's consultancy experience spans prominent organizations such as IMS Health, AGC Insurance, Ace Insurance, Radian Guaranty, Aetna, Idea Integration, Actium, and Cigna Insurance. Educated at Rowan University with a BS in Management Information Systems and Copenhagen Business School with a BA in International Studies, John possesses a strong foundation in both technology and business management.
