Jeffrey J. Kearns currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at North Light Community Center since June 2022. At Independence Blue Cross, starting from July 2011, Jeffrey Kearns holds the position of Manager, Learning, where responsibilities include managing a team dedicated to learning and development and overseeing comprehensive onboarding and professional development programs. Previously, Jeffrey served as Supervisor of Learning and Development, where supervision of learning delivery specialists and enhancement of training effectiveness were key responsibilities. In addition, Jeffrey has board experience with Interfaith Philadelphia and held various roles at Independence Blue Cross from 1999 to 2011, including Sales Trainer III, where training and development for sales associates were primary tasks, and Associate Account Executive, focusing on client management across diverse market segments. Jeffrey Kearns holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University.
