Eileen Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data architecture and management within the health insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Data Architecture at Independence Blue Cross since September 2005, Eileen leads a team of Data Architects and Modelers to enhance Data Warehouse and operational systems. Prior roles include Data Modeler and Analyst at Marsh Affinity Group Services from 1997 to 2005, where Eileen focused on systems analysis and data architecture, as well as Programming Analyst at The Prudential from 1987 to 1997. Eileen holds a BA in Mathematics from Immaculata University and furthered education at Villanova University.
