Saurav Mijar has a diverse work experience in various companies. Saurav started their career in 2013 at Rishi Laser LTD in Bangalore. Saurav then worked at JSW Steel as a Junior Manager Operations from March 2014 to May 2015, where they handled operational activities and coordinated with external vendors. In 2017, they joined IBM as an Application Project Manager/Scrum Master and gained experience in project management, requirements gathering, risk analysis, and stakeholder management. Saurav also holds certifications in SAFe 4.5 and Lean Six Sigma. Saurav then moved on to Safetrax (MTAP Technologies) in October 2019, where they served as a Project Manager and Lead Client Success Consultant until July 2020. Currently, they are working at Indegene as a Project Lead, starting in August 2020.

Saurav Mijar completed their MBA in Lean Operations & Systems (Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean Management) from Christ University, Bangalore during the period of 2015-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE from 2008-2012.
