Santhosh Shetty has worked for Indegene as a Project Lead Quality starting in 2022. Prior to that, they have over 16 years of experience working for various top BPO companies and startups as a Quality Assurance Professional. In this role, they were responsible for rechecking real-time transactions closed by executives to ensure they were error or defect-free before reaching the respective customer or client. Santhosh also monitored transactions and provided feedback to executives, coached and mentored them, and influenced them to take positive action and accountability for their work. Santhosh held this position from June 2006 until February 2022.

Santhosh Shetty obtained a BSc degree in Science from Karnatak University between the years 2001 and 2004. Santhosh then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Science from Bangalore University from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Santhosh Shetty completed various courses such as "Managing a Customer Contact Center" from LinkedIn in July 2023, "Google Analytics" from Google in January 2018, "Getting Familiar with Minitab" from Udemy in November 2016, "Six Sigma Yellow Belt: A Beginner's Guide to Six Sigma" from Udemy in November 2016, "Understanding Data Quality and Reference Data Management" from Adastra Academy in November 2016, and "Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" from KPMG in October 2016. Santhosh Shetty also gained proficiency in Excel through multiple certifications obtained from LinkedIn in December 2019, such as "Become an Excel 2013 Microsoft Office Specialist," "Excel 2013 Essential Training," "Excel 2013: Advanced Formatting Techniques," "Excel 2013: Charts in Depth," and "Excel 2013: Managing Multiple Worksheets and Workbooks."
