Lynn Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager for Marketing Services at Indegene. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Engagement Manager at IQVIA, where they managed project implementations of Nexxus Marketing and OCE Marketing. Their responsibilities included capturing requirements, managing project timelines, and providing status tracking for internal and external stakeholders. Lynn also worked as a Senior Consultant at IMS Health from 2008 to 2016, focusing on CRM and Closed Loop Marketing solutions for the Life Sciences industry. Additionally, they developed courseware for learning implementation and delivery. Before that, from 2006 to 2008, Lynn served as a Senior Training Consultant for Skura Corporation, specializing in customized CRM solutions for the Pharmaceutical industry. They were responsible for providing training solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led courses. Lynn also held the position of VP Training Operations at OASYS Training & Development from 1996 to 2006. Their role involved overseeing training operations. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Business Analyst/Trainer at the Ministry of Health, where they collected user requirements, documented system processes, and provided administrative support and training services to executive-level users. They also initiated a pilot of the legacy system in a new environment.

Lynn Swanson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Special Education Studies from Ambassador University. Additionally, Lynn has obtained the Veeva Certified Administrator certification from Veeva Systems.
