Ricardo Robles is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in client success and education. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Specialist at Indeed since April 2021, Ricardo has also taken on the role of edX Instructor since October 2022. Prior to these positions, Ricardo worked as a Covid Vaccine Ambassador at Stamford Health for a brief period in early 2021 and spent over nine years as a Retail Store Manager at CVS Health. Ricardo holds a certificate in Data Analytics and Engineering from Columbia Engineering, completed in September 2021.
