Raj Mukherjee is EVP & General Manager of Employer R&D at Indeed. Raj joined Indeed in 2016 as SVP of Product, responsible for product strategy and innovation. In 2020, he became SVP & General Manager of SMB Employer R&D, responsible for growth and expansion of Indeed’s core business and revenue. Raj expanded his role to EVP & General Manager for all Employer R&D in May 2023, expanding his responsibilities to continue to innovate and broaden Indeed’s offerings for all Employers in all markets.

Raj is a Board Member at Calix, a global provider of cloud and software platforms, systems, and services required to deliver tomorrow’s unified access network and smart premises.

Raj started his career working in product management at Microsoft and Google. Before joining Indeed, he was SVP Product at GoDaddy, responsible for driving strategy and market entry into the telephony and communications space. Raj earned a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and Columbia Business School.
