Ian O'Neill is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and performance in various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales at Indeed.com since April 2017, Ian leads the Mid-Market Acquisition team for the UK and Ireland, consistently ranking among the top 5% of global sales leaders and earning Top Gun Presidents Club status in both 2018 and 2020. Prior to this, Ian was Head of Sales and Operations at Future Finance, where responsibilities included developing the New Business function of the UK's first dedicated private student loan provider. Ian also spent several years at Chill Insurance, progressing through roles from Sales Manager to Head of Sales and Head of Retention, achieving significant revenue growth and retention rates. Ian holds a Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and has undergone comprehensive training through Dale Carnegie Training.
