Zyra Quintos began their work experience in 2008 as a Relay Operator for Stellar's Purple Relay Communications. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Directory Assistance Operator for Optus. Starting in 2013, Zyra worked as a Customer Service Agent and Underwriter for Paid International/Cashtrain. In 2014, they became an Underwriting Team Leader for Cashtrain/Money3. From 2015 to 2016, Zyra served as a Sr. Team Leader for Money3, NetCube, Loan Studio, and RateOne. In 2016, they were promoted to Operations Manager at Acquire BPO, where they directed daily operations for multiple financial and customer service accounts. Zyra continued to work at Acquire BPO until 2018 when they took on the role of a Remote Virtual Assistant, managing various tasks such as itinerary scheduling, CRM handling, and customer feedback collection. In 2020, Zyra became an Executive Assistant to the CEO at InDebted.
Zyra Quintos completed their high school education at the University of the Philippines Integrated School from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film and Audiovisual Communication from the University of the Philippines, which they completed from 2002 to 2007.
