Samantha Burdge has worked in a variety of customer service roles since 2010. Samantha began their career as a Sales Team Member at GameStop in 2010, then went on to become a Bank Teller at First National Bank and Trust Company in 2011. In 2012, they joined Shopko as a Customer Service Representative, and in 2014 they began working at A Touch of Sun Tanning Salon as a Tanning Consultant and at American Family Insurance as a Licensed Customer Service Representative & Agent Assistant. Samantha then moved on to become an Executive Administrative Assistant at Regal Beloit Corporation in 2016 and a Bartender at Bass Bay Brewhouse in 2017. In 2020, they joined AccuLynx as a Customer Success Manager and currently holds this position at Indeavor as well.

Samantha Burdge has a diverse educational background. Samantha attended Beloit Memorial High School from 2006 to 2010, obtaining their High School Diploma. Samantha then attended University of Wisconsin-Rock County from 2011 to 2013, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.). Finally, they attended University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2014 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from AccuLynx in 2021, one in Production and one in Sales.
