Sandra Den Breejen is a seasoned professional in pharmacovigilance, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Pharmacovigilance Compliance at Incyte since June 2019. Previously, Sandra held roles as Director of Global Pharmacovigilance Compliance and deputy EU-QPPV at Incyte. Prior experience includes significant positions at Xendo, where Sandra worked as a Senior Consultant, managing various projects and acting as deputy QPPV. Sandra's extensive career spans over two decades, including roles such as Associate Pharmacovigilance Director and Senior Safety Executive at Vigilex, where responsibilities included overseeing international projects and ensuring regulatory compliance. Sandra holds a PgD in Pharmacovigilance from the University of Hertfordshire and has a background in youth welfare from Hogeschool Rijn-Delfland.
