Carly Smith, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and external reporting. Currently serving as Senior Director and Controller at Incyte since March 2015, Carly has held various positions including Director of Finance and Assistant Controller and Associate Director of External Reporting. Prior to Incyte, Carly worked at Ernst & Young from October 2011 to March 2015 as an Assurance Senior and completed an internship there in June 2010. Carly's career began at WellSpan Health as an Accounting Clerk from June 2007 to August 2009. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2011.
