Erika Drennon is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Incyte Diagnostics since June 2016. In this role, Erika oversees all facets of HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Supervisor and Senior Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Incyte Diagnostics, as well as a Human Resources/Payroll position at Travis Pattern and Foundry, and Operations Manager at Northpark Athletic Center. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Eastern Washington University, completed in 1999.
