Lucia Fontes has a diverse work experience. Lucia started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Consultoria Documental in 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Deloitte as an Experienced Senior, where they were responsible for reviewing financial statements and coordinating the reporting process for international groups. In 2011, they joined HipoGes Iberia as Group CFO, overseeing financial statement preparation and budgeting. Since 2019, Lucia has been working at Incus Capital as Group CFO, where they handle fund structuring, investor capital activity, and financial analysis, among other responsibilities.

From 2002 to 2006, Lucia Fontes attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they obtained a Licenciado degree in Administracion y Direccion de Empresas en ingles (in English).
