Senior Lead Software Engineer at INCRMNTAL

Dan Shelly has over 14 years of work experience in software engineering and development. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at INCRMNTAL, where they are responsible for designing, building and maintaining an analytics platform for advertisers. Their responsibilities include integrating with external systems, building micro-services frameworks, coordinating between different system components, developing and optimizing all running services, mentoring and advising the team, and developing fast and scallable alternatives for existing data pipelines.

From 2017 to 2021, Dan Shelly worked at CLEW Medical as a Software Architect and Big Data Engineer, where they were responsible for integration and collaboration across all software teams, maintaining compliancy with best practices, product code quality, POC & research of new software technologies, design reviews, hands on implementation of design, data pipeline implementation, maintenance and research, and providing tools and software components across all departments. Dan was awarded for excellence on quality, efficiency, involvement and data-pipeline improvement.

From 2016 to 2017, Dan Shelly worked at Versatile Natures as the CTO, where they were responsible for full-stack research, design and development of a cloud platform for the construction industry. Dan was also involved in hardware and IoT prototyping, and provided a POC system end-to-end solution operational on multiple interconnected cranes.

From 2013 to 2016, Dan Shelly worked at WinnowIt as a System Architect, where they were responsible for full-stack research and development from dev-env to core algorithms and solutions. Dan worked with the Google app-engine platform on an innovative social platform and developed both client (Web & iOS) and server (python webapp2).

From 2011 to 2013, Dan Shelly worked at Check Point Software Technologies as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for mobile application development (iOS, Objective-C) and portal maintenance. Dan was also responsible for shaping secure applications on iOS and mobile platforms, researching and utilizing the EWS (Exchange Web-Services) protocol, developing a log system, data flow design and development throughout the application, performance testing and bottleneck detection, store deployments, mastering version control tools (Git, SVN), and portal maintenance (Javascript, HTML).

Finally, from 2007 to 2011, Dan Shelly worked at Intel Corporation as a CAD developer.

Dan Shelly attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2011, where they earned a BSc in Electrical Engineering faculty, software and computer engineering program.
