Saritha Shanbhag has been working in the IT field since 2006. Saritha started their career at MindTree as a Senior Developer in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, and then as a Developer in Data Warehousing. In 2010, they joined Oracle as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, where they were part of the Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence product team and worked on the Project analytics module. During their time at Oracle, they also held the roles of Senior Member of Technical Staff and BI Apps Developer. In 2019, they became the Managing Partner of Sree Traders, and in 2022 they began working as an Application Data Architect for Incorta.

Saritha Shanbhag attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 2002. Saritha then pursued a BE in Computer Science & Engg from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2002 to 2006.
