Nina Bentley has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Nina currently holds the position of VP, Global HR Business Partnering at Incora. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director, ROW and Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before joining Incora, Nina worked at Wesco Aircraft as an HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter. Nina also has a background in recruitment consulting, having worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays.

Nina Bentley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Huddersfield in 2008. Nina continued their education at the same university and obtained a PgDip in Human Resources Management from 2017 to 2019.
