Bob Schlich, CPA has over 40 years of work experience in various financial roles. Bob began their career as an Auditor at Ernst and Young, where they gained experience in auditing international organizations and small manufacturing clients. During this time, they obtained their CPA certificate. Bob then worked as a Financial Accounting Manager at Maxell Corporation of America, where they implemented an automated accounting system for more efficient financial reporting. At Scientific Atlanta, they served as a Corporate Budget Analyst and Cost Accounting Manager, responsible for planning and coordinating the annual budget process. As the Controller at ONE Corporation, they streamlined administrative and accounting functions, resulting in more timely financial reporting. Bob later joined FiTECH Systems as a Senior VP of Finance, overseeing all financial, accounting, and administrative activities. During their tenure, they established equipment leasing programs and improved cash management procedures. Bob then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Georgia Community Support and Solutions, Inc., playing a crucial role in the company's growth as one of the largest providers of developmental disability services in Georgia. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Frederica Academy, and most recently, they assumed the same role at InCommunity.

Bob Schlich, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1976 to 1979.
