Taylor Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career at NAVAIR as a Computer Scientist II, where they were involved in requirements identification, software design, development, and maintenance. They then worked at Banfield Pet Hospital in various roles, including Solutions Architect and Sr. Technical Lead, where they provided architectural guidance and leadership to teams working on enterprise software projects.

Taylor also worked as a Manager of Application Development at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they led teams in developing new features and ensuring compliance with architectural guidance. They then moved on to Kaiser Permanente as a Systems Architect Consultant/Specialist, where they contributed to the development of enterprise guidance and participated in vendor evaluations for software solutions.

Following this, Taylor worked at AltSource, Inc as a Sr Developer, where they played a key role in creating the strategic vision and architectural understanding for the future of the enterprise software stack. They also developed prototypes and reference systems for future growth.
