Michael Herold has a diverse work experience starting in 1988 when they became the owner of Cash Connection. Michael then went on to work at Cellcards as the Founder & President from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Coinstar as the Vice President National Accounts until 2010 when they joined InComm as the Vice President Business Development. At InComm, they held various roles and was responsible for business development and strategic growth.

Michael Herold earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from Indiana University Bloomington between 1983 and 1987.
