Kayla Glaze is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience at InComm Payments since August 2015, currently serving as Manager I, Talent Acquisition. In this role, Kayla mentors team members, drives continuous improvement in talent processes, and ensures the quality of recruiting and onboarding. Previous roles include lead responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle as Talent Acquisition Partner IV and earlier positions focused on coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining applicant tracking data, and enhancing recruiting effectiveness. Kayla began a career in customer service as a Student Assistant at Valdosta State University from December 2013 to May 2015. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Valdosta State University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
