Selva N has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as an Assistant Relationship Manager at DBS Bank. In 2008, they moved to Standard Chartered Bank as a Middle Office Manager. In 2016, Selva N joined Deutsche Bank as a Project Manager. In 2019, they became a Compliance Manager at NIUM. In 2021, Selva N was promoted to Director of Compliance at Wallter. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Global Compliance Manager at Incomlend.

Selva N obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Hertfordshire between 2009 and 2011.
