LeeAnn Chrisco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and bioprocessing within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at INCOG BioPharma Services since November 2024, LeeAnn has previously held the same title at List Biological Laboratories, Inc. from September 2023 to November 2024. LeeAnn's 19-year tenure at Pfizer included roles as Associate Director/Senior Principal Scientist in Bioprocessing R&D, where leadership of cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives was paramount. Contributions spanned various compliance and regulatory projects, specifically within cell banking and drug substance management. Earlier career experience includes a microbiologist position in quality assurance at bioMérieux. LeeAnn holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Chemistry from Missouri State University.
