Ben Jacobsen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at INCOE Corporation since July 2019, previous roles include IT Enterprise Systems Administrator and Desktop Support Technician at N.S. International, Ltd., and Building Technician at Lake Orion Community Schools. Ben's career began as a Retail Sales Leader at T-Mobile and included a position as Communications Technician II at Comcast Cable. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology Support Specialist, both from Baker College, along with a Technical Diploma in Video Production from Specs@LTU.
