Ryan Kellogg serves as the Customer Success Lead for North America at Incode Technologies, leveraging experience as a Customer Success Manager at ID.me and as a Special Advisor within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in internal strategy consulting. Prior to these roles, Ryan participated in the Leadership Development Program as an MBA intern at Vanguard and worked as a Lead Intelligence Analyst at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Ryan holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho, earned from 2006 to 2008.
