Joe Roettle has extensive work experience in the minerals and processing industry. Joachim (Joe) currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Incoa Performance Minerals since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Co-Chief Executive Officer at the same company from January 2023 to August 2023.

Before joining Incoa Performance Minerals, Joe was the Business Owner of JR Minerals Solutions Inc. starting from May 2021. Joachim (Joe) also served as the Managing Director of JR Consulting for Mineral Processing S.L. from July 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Joe held the position of Managing Director at ECUTEC Barcelona S.L., and prior to that, they were the Global Sales Director at the same company from 2008 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Joe worked as the Chief Engineer at Imasco Minerals Inc. from 2003 to 2008. Joachim (Joe) also served as a Sales Engineer at BAUER Group from 2002 to 2003 and as a Technical Director at IVA Industrieberatung GmbH from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Joe worked as a Project Engineer at Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft from 1996 to 2000.

Joachim (Joe) Roettle obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Augsburg, where they studied from 1991 to 1997.
