Sasha Scott is the CEO and Founder of Inclusive Group, a diversity consultancy established in January 2001 that provides solutions to global organizations addressing implicit bias, diversity, and inclusion. As an accredited cognitive behavioral coach and emotional intelligence expert, Sasha Scott plays a pivotal role in promoting inclusive practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Derivative Sales at UBS from March 1992 to October 2000, focusing on derivative sales and marketing in Fixed Income for institutional and leveraged fund clients globally. Educational achievements include a degree in Psychology from the University of Reading, studies at The London School of Economics, and training in Emotional Intelligence and cognitive behavioral coaching from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
