Justine (Joss) Thompson is an experienced consultant specializing in workplace culture, inclusion, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Culture, Inclusion and Employee Engagement Consultant at Listening Edge since August 2024, Justine also holds the position of Executive Director at InterLaw Diversity Forum, contributing to key strategic projects since January 2022.
